For what projects/services did your company hire Senioriz Agency, and what were your goals?
To transfer the existing destination wedding website over to the updated Joomla template. The goals were to update the look of the website, provide better functionality of the site, definitely where the search function was concerned and increased user ability.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Provided a demonstration of how the site could be upgraded and look. Was able to provide a good demonstration of skills up front.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The main thing was to get the website functioning better. I was concerned with the current site that it was not listing and finding all the vendors from the backend. So it was important to get this working correctly. Also, the old website looked tired so wanted to make it look a lot more attractive. Understanding of Joomla was needed for this and how to set up the website on my hosting. Testing was also needed as there was a Paypal checkout area, so this had to be tested and a reply email go out on payment.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Mainly just Armin. He did all the communicating, redesigning and building of the new site.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The presented final website which was much more functional, in finding particular wedding vendors that had listed their services or product.

We communicated on Upwork, which was a good platform as you were able to attach different photos or snippets of work. It was also a good platform to make any payment clear.

Was quick to reply and get on the work. They had a positive attitude and were keen to make the site better.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I think it was completed pretty well. It did drag a little bit at the end but that could've been more at my side.

Our website was created 2008 by another in Joomla, we had a host but lately the site was crashing and Joomla was outdated and needed to be updated. Which our current host said was very expensive and almost undoable.
Not having the skills ourself we let it be for many years. Finally we found Senioriz Agenzy and Amin who helped us with this in a very professional and fast way.

We found them through a reference at our headquarter in Switzerland who already used them for his website https://atlantomed.eu/en. This person is very able in this field himself and work with Amin so we trusted his advice and took contact.

We had a fist meeting where we explained the problems we had and what we needed. To redesign the whole website with Joomla4, move it to a new host that made it work more powerful and faster. We are now into next face with advanced SEO for this same website.

Our website is now working much better, faster, no crashes and it looks better. We are very satisfied.

We were in contact through Telegram and there was always possible to reach him and he answered all questions I had. Also now when I need to correct text or content and get some problems since Joomla is more professional now and not the same old one I am used to. Amin makes a video and explains how I should handle it, in a very fast and friendly way.

We spoke with a number of vendors, and Senioriz's portfolio, efficiency & communication helped us opt to work with them.

We prepared a simple plan of our demands. Based on our wishes, they chose the OpenCart platform. And they fully explained the reason to us. I am glad that we did not use WordPress. It was a right choice.

After briefing with a sales team, we were intro'd to the project manager who was our point of contact throughout. Developers & QA guys supported him, but we weren't in touch with them directly.At least 6 personnel were in contact with us.
