We had a great experience working with Otelli recently to give our website a complete refresh. From first consultation through to final delivery, there was a good level of communication and collaboration to get the website to where it is now. The team were lovely to work with, readily received feedback and poured a lot of their time into designing and incorporating our suggestions onto the website. They understood we needed a flexible workflow so that we could continue our own client work alongside this internal company goal, and accommodated this requirement perfectly. After the website handover, Otelli provided a training session so that our team can confidently update and add content regularly - they created templates for each section so that the process is straightforward and easy to navigate. We’re really happy with the results, and feel comfortable knowing that we can easily reach out to Dan and his team with any questions we might have in the future. So overall, thank you Otelli!
